Important Notice
1. The email service hosted on the legacy email platform (https://email.gov.in) is frequently facing technical issues and is going to be discontinued.
2. Users who wish to create a new email ID on the new email platform (https://mail.gov.in) may submit a request through eForms (https://eforms.nic.in).
3. As the legacy platform has reached its end-of-life and is now obsolete, NIC has been advising users for the past two years to migrate to the new email platform (https://mail.gov.in). Active users on the legacy email platform have already been migrated automatically. A few remaining accounts on the legacy platform are currently in the migration pipeline.
4. PSUs are also advised to raise a request for their migration to email at psu-mign@nic.in
